Didn't really like it all that much.

The core of the story was good/decent. But in the end it seemed to long and to student project-like.

Keep the name and rest easy. It is only a title afterall.

maybe something witty like "I, Hate Crime" or maybe a single-word title like "Beaten", "Bailed", "Guilt"... something along those lines.

I'm trying to think if there is some sort of religious-based story similar to this... something like The Good Samaritan - but the opposite; with a person NOT helping a 'friend in need' - and later regretting it.

Whatever the title of that story is - maybe that could inspire a title?

I will save my criticism for the final cut.

As for suggested (brainstormed) titles-

"The Darkest Day"

"A Stitch In Time"

"Institutionialised"

"Soft Skin"

"Stabbing The Dragon" (a Dutch phrase akin to "taking the mickey").

But like Nigel says, there's nothing inherently wrong with the current title.

First off I liked that, quite a lot. A few niggles here and there, but it was good. Most impressivley was how natural all (nearly all) the actors and the script were/was.
Lose the Tripod shots and it would be really convincing.
Bit hard on your main character though.
Whats it called now? "Moment of Truth" ? Seems
like a fine title. Whats wrong with it.
